For-hire carrier leads, not every DOT number

Many “DOT lead” dumps mix private fleets, specialty carriers, and for-hire operators. NewDOT Leads filters to AUTHORIZED FOR HIRE (status A) on the public FMCSA Company Census, then scopes by state — so commercial-auto producers spend dials on for-hire prospects first.

Why the for-hire filter matters

Nationwide new-USDOT feeds can include limo, towing, construction, farm, and other registrants who hold a DOT number but are not your trucking insurance ICP. Vendors who sell unfiltered dumps often tell buyers to “remove non-trucking rows before export.” We filter upstream.
